Sire: escudo ii
Dam Sire: diamont
Grand Dam Sire: Prinz Gaylord
Escapade is a strikingly beautiful, black-bay 08 Hanoverian Gelding, suitable for hunter or dressage. Kind and intelligent, with an adventuresome spirit, he is small, but mighty! We expect him to mature just under 16hh. He would make a nice mount for a smaller adult, or junior hunter. He has lovely, floating movement, and is quite straight forward to work with, making a perfect amateur owner mount that will really turn heads at the shows. We would love to find that perfect match for him. He has been a joy to raise!
Escudo II, champion of his stallion licensing at Adelheidsdorf, is a lovely black stallion known for his beautiful type, correct conformation, and intelligence. Escudo II has the highest value for type (151 type, 134 conformation) of any JBP Hanoverian stallion. His dressage scores of 117.56 and jumping scores of 125.73 make him a stallion who produces offspring with talent for a variety of disciplines. Escudo II produced 9 licensed sons. His sire, Espri, 1995 Stallion of the Year in Germany, produced 17 licensed sons, 58 Grand Prix offspring (50 jumpers), and over 2.2 million in winnings. Espri, and his sons, Escudo I and Escudo II are also on the USEF top list of leading hunter sires.
Diamont, Escapade's dam's sire was ranked number 1 by USDF in 1994, 1996, and 1997. Diamont contributes rideability and dressage quality movement to the pedigree.
Prinz Gaylord, the granddam sire, was a successful Grand Prix showjumper, known for his wonderful heart and attitude, as well as his superior performance ability.
